World Aids Day... well just another day in our lives... but just 1 day less in the lives of Aids patients.... why is it that every yr when this day arrives , n all the talk abt Hiv n Aids start... 1 or 2 mnths down the line and every1 has forgotten about it... i think we as citizens are more responsible for this. Even today i see top delegates of the world countries meeting in a nice location to DISCUSS abt the situation...My Point is WHAT IS LEFT TO DISCUSS... the situation is terrible... 6 million aids patients... 3 million of them r the poorest of poor... cannot afford the retro-viral drugs which in developed countries is taken for granted...
A formal request to ppl of the world :
Every human being is born with the right to live... no other human is lesser or higher than any1... every 1 is equal.... Me ... I consider my self HUMAN FIRST N INDIAN SECOND... We aree known to spend so much of our time and money on materialistic objects that we have forgotten that it is every humans responsibility to look after 1 another... How about spending some time volunteering .... looking after patients , or children in shelters... how about donating a part of ur earnings to organisations like CRY , AYBI and other organisations who are doing a magnificient job in taking care of ppl... So i think time has come for us to realise that all this time of talking and discussion on topics is over TIME HAS COME FOR ACTION.... we should all help in small little ways in terms of time and money to help humans not only in india but all over the world....
